Voluntary Life Insurance
Allen Insurance and Financial offers voluntary term life protection to employees, their spouses, and dependent children. They get competitive group rates, while the employer pays nothing for coverage. Working with several carriers enables us to offer these special features:
- Waiver of premium (to age 65) for an employee if totally disabled
- "Living Benefits"—up to $250,000 or 75% of the death benefit if terminally ill—for both employee and spouse
- Portability of both employee and spouse coverage at the same rates if coverage is in force for at least 12 months
- Accidental death & dismemberment coverage
