Voluntary Long-Term Disability: Voluntary long-term disability insurance (LTD) offers disability offers income protection to employees who have suffered injury or fallen ill and are unable to perform the material duties of their occupation on a full-time basis.
The LTD plans offered by Allen Insurance include “employer-choice” or “employee choice” options, which include but are not limited to: elimination periods, benefit duration, and benefits as a percentage of salary.
Voluntary Short-term Disability: Voluntary short-term disability insurance (STD) offers income protection to employees when they are out of work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.
We offer voluntary STD insurance plans with a range of “employer-choice” or “employee-choice” options, such as elimination periods; benefit duration; and benefits as a percentage of salary.
